Abstract
An online demo version of the application can be viewed at https://jsvnc.shinyapps.io/dashboard-pivot-data/;
Please allow a minute to load, then click on "Load made-up data" on the top of the page, and wait for the data to finish loading (there will be a progress bar in the bottom right). You can then browse the dummy data as normal. Note that the data are made up and do not represent any actual clients of the service.
The reporting interface was designed to solve the problem of ICJ data exported from the Carefirst CRM database coming in several spreadsheets, necessitating manual merging of records across databases for reporting.
The app is designed for the raw data in several spreadsheets, as exported from Carefirst, to be uploaded to the app. The user can then access dashboard views of ICJ metrics across the datasets, and pivot the data across the spreadsheets using various columns in the data. The user is also able to select a particular time period for reporting, and export the dashboard views, and pivot tables produced.
