Future skill needs of managers

Abstract

The main aim of the study was to identify and evaluate the nature of changes affecting managers and issues that will influence the effective future provision of management development in the UK. The report focuses on the nature of the skills that managers will need in the future, given the changes predicted in organisations and in the external environment.
