Abstract

The authors describe how many organisations, of all sizes, are adopting the European Foundation for Quality Management's (EFQM's) Excellence 2000 model as a means of assessing themselves to gain the multiple benefits of improved performance. Various approaches are available to do this-the question is which one to use.
