Abstract
Scotland, as a nation, has been built on enterprise and innovation, and, at one time, led the world in terms of enlightenment for its scientific and cultural approach. This presentation outlines the current growth of confidence in Scotland as a place for enterprise, with a special focus on the Information Age and Computer Security. Overall it proposes that, whichever way the referendum goes, that all the key stakeholders have a role in continuing the current success, and make Scotland a World-leader with this new Age. The presentation will be non-political, and outline both the strengths and weaknesses for innovation and enterprise, whichever way the vote goes.
