Abstract

This poster concerns the role, use and value of social media and tacit knowledge sharing practices. Its particular focus is the support of tacit knowledge exchange between employees in public sector organisations. This research investigates to what extent social media might replicate the less visible aspects of face-to-face tacit knowledge sharing.

This poster won the 'Best Poster' award at the 2nd International Data and Information Management Conference (IDIMC) held at Loughborough University, 12th-13 January 2016.
