Prevention of Injury Group Initiative

Abstract

Work-related musculoskeletal disorders continue to be a problem among hospital workers. This paper describes a group project, carried out at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford, which attempts to address the problem and create better systems of work for all staff.
