Abstract
To compete and succeed in any venture in the modern world, it takes thinking outside the box and strategising your actions. Artistic flair and curation strategies are what makes festivals stand out as both invigorating and memorable experiences. This toolkit is an overview of artistic and curation strategies within festival management. The toolkit also highlights the importance of policy planning and the festival manager’s role within policymaking
