Biography Mohammed is a PhD student at Edinburgh Napier University's Business School, with a background in Esports Management in Industry.

His topic of research is Tribal Dynamics in Esports: An Analysis on Community Fragmentation. It's through this PhD project where he aims to uncover how innate psychological drivers drive sub-group formation within esports and wider gaming communities.

He currently acts as an advisor to NES' (Nesma Esports) Academy Division, which was also his place of employment since graduating his Bachelors at Heriot-Watt. Career milestones include supporting the Esports World Cup in 2023 and establishing academic curriculums and education programs across several schools in Saudi Arabia.

Mohammed completed an undergraduate dissertation at Heriot-Watt University, investigating the Community Management practices of the OG Esports fan community.
