Jaber Pournazari
Biography | Jaber Pournazari is a Research Student at Edinburgh Napier University working on a project on "AI-enabled orchestration of next-generation Internet-of-Things systems in the Cloud-to-Things computing continuum." Jaber focuses on optimising computational efficiency in modern distributed environments, tackling challenges in resource allocation, task offloading, and intelligent decision-making using AI-driven approaches. Jaber has contributed to a project exploring the cooperation between edge computing and cloud infrastructures to enhance scalability, latency reduction, and energy efficiency. Their expertise in federated learning and metaheuristic algorithms has led to advancements in decentralised AI systems, improving energy consumption and privacy in distributed environments.
