Brent Hurley
| Biography | Brent Hurley specialises in Strategy, Change and Improvement, with experience in the private, public & third sectors. He has successfully delivered innovative Scientific, Policy and IT projects, including complex pharmaceutical projects and as Project Manager for the Scottish Online Flood Maps. In his current role as Portfolio Manager (Strategic Change) in the Strategy Hub at Edinburgh Napier University his main areas of responsibility and leadership are around supporting organizational wide strategy development and implementation, ensuring alignment of change with strategy, strategic project management, and supporting colleagues to plan and deliver change effectively. Brent facilitates business improvement, has authored/co-authored four academic book chapters, delivers guest lectures, and is passionate about the people aspect of delivering change, particularly around ensuring effective visualization of information, communication, and development of communities of practice. |
