Biography I joined ENU in 2018 and I am responsible for the development of Allied Health Professions and Social Work programmes. I previously worked at Robert Gordon University, where I had experience for leading the MSc Physiotherapy (Pre-Registration) course and initiated the development of the first Doctorate of Physiotherapy programme in the UK. I also spent 3 years leading the Sport and Exercise Science subject area, where I developed the first Sports Performance Analysis course in Scotland which was endorsed by the Scottish FA.

Prior to entering a career in academia, I worked as a physiotherapist with NHS Tayside, where I specialised in rehabilitation, with a particular interest stroke and neurological conditions. During this time I developed an Exercise After Stroke programme, which was one of the first in rural Scotland.

I have a very keen interest in sports, in particular basketball where I have been a volunteer coach for Scottish youth teams at major European competitions and I was lucky enough to be part of the coaching staff for the Scotland women's team during their Commonwealth Games qualifying tournament in Malaysia in 2017.
