@article { , title = {Morphology tuned BaSnO3 active layer for ambient perovskite solar cells}, abstract = {A new type of electron transporting active layer made of BaSnO3 with different morphology, rod and particle is prepared via a wet chemical process for perovskite solar cells (PSCs). The effects of this BSO morphology is considered to play an essential role in a better performing PSC device. Enhanced efficiency of 2.91\% is recorded for rod based active layer compared to particle (1.93\%) in ambient condition. However, humidity plays a crucial role which affects the performance of a PSC device in ambient condition and this is further monitored through contact angle measurement which can be identified as an indirect tool to understand the stability of the perovskite device.}, doi = {10.1016/j.matlet.2018.02.055}, issn = {0167-577X}, pages = {166-169}, publicationstatus = {Published}, publisher = {Elsevier}, volume = {219}, keyword = {BaSnO3, Room temperature perovskite, Ambient perovskite solar cell synthesis}, year = {2018}, author = {Roy, Anurag and Selvaraj, Prabhakaran and Devi, Parukuttyamma Sujatha and Sundaram, Senthilarasu} }
